FOHS BOARD OF DIRECTORS VACANCIES

We are seeking independent Directors to join our Board of Directors for a three-year term commencing their election at the Fall 2022 AGM. Previous board experience is ideal, with skills and experience in strategic planning with non-profit societies.  In addition, we are seeking candidates with subject expertise in Community Outreach, Finance/Accounting, Building Design, and Property Development will be preferred.  Please note we are requiring all Board of Directors to be fully vaccinated.

Furthermore, the following skills and requirements would also be an asset:

• Understanding of heart health

• Experience working or volunteering with cardiac patients
